On Quack is a faith-based company in Decatur, AL USA. Our mission is to supply the highest quality car care and detailing products on the market while transforming the experience into something meaningful. How is that possible? Just our brand makes you smile and our product performance will make you proud.
On Quack also supports and promotes bringing the entire family back to the car washing experience. Global pandemics and fear have forced everyone inside but now it is time to reclaim our freedom, get your family involved and have some fun in the sun with On Quack.
Our Mission
On Quack is to become the "cool" brand. The logo literally defines that. Two demographics that we need to target are the “nerd motor-heads” who wash their cars 3 times per week (hence a focus on quality products, ingredients and performance) and a new target in families. Enjoying the fun, sharing and joy of a family unit washing, waxing and detailing a vehicle should be connected to On Quack.
On Quack will make washing/waxing/detailing vehicles "cool" again. Our products will work as good or better than others, our pricing is similar so we need to be the brand the cool kids use. For instance, I'm not a surfer, but apparently, you have to wax your surfboard to reduce drag in the water. A brand came out called Zog's Sex Wax. It looked like a hockey puck but it was solid wax. It was cool and was "the" product surfer dudes used. Cool, unusual name, a simple block of wax=success. With our branding, we can capture the same vibe.
Our Vision
Surfers have a laid-back philosophy on life. Consumers must get stressed when trying to choose car care products so we need to lessen the stress and our website is a direct reflection of our attitude and culture. It should be bright, cool, laid back and very family friendly…why?
Because, like I said earlier, I also want to make washing your car a new family event. This will come from video and marketing asset generation and also website design and social media. Obviously a scantily clad model with suds on her boobs conflicts with "family" so that's out.
